PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that payment is by eftpos, cash or direct deposit at the time of the session or in advance for packages. 

Packages and sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. All packages are non refundable. 

Failure to cancel without 24-hours’ notice or not showing up for an appointment will result in a full charge for the session.
